Yesterday when we took Maria to her sibling class they told us to make sure that everyone knows that they don't allow latex balloons. The reason being is that they want to make the place as latex free as possible. So if you decide to send balloons make sure they are only the mylar balloons...the shinning silver ones. No rubber style balloons.
If you come to visit you can't use your cell phones either.
