Yesterday Maria was giving Dustin hugs & kisses all on her own. Usually we have to ask her to do so. You should have seen the smile on Dustin's face. It was priceless!
Then while Vonnie was making supper she went up behind her and gave her a hug....Vonnie of course was tickled pink and said " Maria you made my day, because I needed that hug!"
Don't know what got into her, but we are liking it.

It is hard to express what my feelings were when Maria came up behind me and gave me that hug while I was fixing supper. I almost had tears in my eyes. It was just like she knew I needed that hug right than.

That is so touching! Kids are just the darndest aren't they? If I forget to hug Colette when I get home, she'll come up to me and say "You didn't give me my hug today!" And she thinks so much of her grandma, it's unreal. She always goes up to grandma's lady friends from church to see if they talked to her grandma or to tell them what her and grandma talked about on the phone. Kids they can be cute!
