6 servings - 7 points each 1 lb lean hamburger 1/2 c. green pepper 1 c. chopped onion 15 oz tomato sauce 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 t. oregano 1/2 onion salt 1/4t. pepper Simmer 15 min. Put 3 c. cooked egg noodles in sprayed 9 x 13 pan (4 1/2 oz dry= 3 c. cooked) Pour sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with 4 oz grated cheddar cheese 2 oz nonfat parmesan cheese. Top with 1 c. canned mushrooms, cover with foil and Bake 400 degrees for 10 min. Increase baking time if made ahead. I have also added turkey pepperoni. 17 pieces= 1 point.
