8 servings 4 pt each
DOUGH
1 pkg yeast
1 c. warm water
1 T. sugar
2 T. oil
1 t. salt
1 t. Italian seasoning
1 t. garlic powder
3 c. flour
TOPPING
1/2/c. pizza sauce
1/4 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. onions
2 T. pimento
17 pieces turkeyk pepperoni
1/2 c. low fat chaddar
1/2 c. mozzarella
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, oil, salt and 1 c. flour. Add Italian seasoning and garlic. Beat until smooth. Mix wnough flour to make dough easy to handle. Knead about 5 min. Place in sprayed bowl. Let rise til double (30 min) Form dough into pizza dish. Bake 350 degrees 10 min. Add topping. Bake until cheese melts and crust is brown.
Original recipe called for shrimp instead of pepperoni.

I'm not very good with making dough can you just use Pillsbury pizza dough mix? Would that make it with the point system?
