Opps! [Frown] I'm so so so sorrrrry, Vonnie. I did not see this message. Actually, I don't think I've been in the Are ya hungry? for a very long time. [Embarrassed] It's tooooo tempting to make such good fattening items.

Well, I think this is the recipe I used. [Whatchutalkingabout Smile] I don't remember putting it in the slow cooker. I may have cooked it and then dumped it into the slow cooker to keep it warm from our place to Sheryl & Eric's place of Thanksgiving. [Confused] Sorry! If I would have seen this sooner, I could have told you what I did but since it's almost a year later . . . well, my memory isn't that good. It's a good thing I called mom tonight about her apple crisp recipe otherwise I don't think I would have seen this message.

Here's that recipe:

1/3 cup chopped green onions with tops
3 eggs
1 can (14.75 oz) Cream-style corn, undrained
1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn
1 package (8 1/2 oz) corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees - spray bottom of 8x8 pan. Chop onions with food chopper from Pampered chef or knife. [Wink]

Whisk eggs. Add green onions and remaining ingredients; mix well together.

Pour mixture into pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

10 servings - Enjoy! [Big Grin]

Thank you for the recipe.

I will have to try it because I sure liked it when you brought it to Sheryl and Eric's. [Smile]
