1 lb hamburger, brown and drain
1/2 c. green pepper
1 c. onion
15 oz. tomato sauce
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. onion salt
1/4 t. pepper.
Simmer sauce 15 minutes.
Put 3 c. cooked noodles (4 1/2 oz dry)
in sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Pour sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with
4 oz grated cheddar
2 oz nonfat parmesan
Cover with foil. Bake 400 degres 40 minutes.

6 servings 7 points each.

I add turkey pepperoni to this too. 17 pieces = 1 point.
