Here are a couple of links to some very Recipe packed websites

The 2nd link above is a HUGE forum simular to this one...but it is basically about dieting and Weight Watchers. There are Hundreds of recipes and the forum Categories are good. For someone like me there is a 100 + Journery section.. It has posts from people that have or are trying to lose 100 or more pounds.

Wow! That second website has a lot of info. I'm going to have to take a day to read it all, but it looks like a lot of good info. Thanks again!
