Easy to make. Reheats well. Very good, this is a favorite in our house. Total preparation time is 30 minutes!
Servings: 8

Ingredients:

1 onion, chopped
2 pounds lean ground beef
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups beef broth
1 cup sour cream
1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked and drained

Directions:
1. Fry hamburger & onions until brown then drain grease. 2. Add flour and salt and stir well. Add beef broth and cook all until slightly thickened. 3. Add sour cream. Heat to simmer. DO NOT BOIL. Serve over cooked egg noodles.

This was very good. I even think that Eric liked it.
