1 pkg broccoli slaw (near cabbage in produce section) 2 apples, diced (granny Smith, Fuji or Braeburn) 1/2 c. craisins (I used cherry flavored) Dressing: 1 c. mayo 3-4 envelopes Sweet and Low 2 T. milk or sour cream
Experiment with the amount of dressing you like. Mix day before or at least several hours. I served with cashews sprinkled over each serving. I made this up but a friend made a similar salad for an office potluck. She used regular raisins, miracle whip and a little vinegar.
