Butter Bar

1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter

Mix and put in the bottom of 8 X 13 pan

2 eggs
3 cups Powdered Sugar
1 8 oz Cream Cheese

Whip together and put on bottom layer

1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts

Put these on top of the second layer

Bake 40 min. at 350

I took these bars to Wisconsin with me and believe me they were a big hit. I served them when we had supper with Connie's camping neighbors and their family on Sunday and took them to Tania & Bretts Cabin on Monday.
