That I'm not going to be so set on how much I lose but more on how much I eat. I'm tired of beating myself up that I'm not losing. I'm going to except myself for how I am and do what I can to feed my body healthy & do good for it.

Thumbs up for you Sheryl. I am not a good example because I need to lose, but I also have tried many kinds of diets. The only one that keeps the weight off is one that you can live with the rest of your life.
We all want to lost it fast, but we didn't get the way we are fast. LOL
I have to start exerciseing more. But that is so hard with my knee the way it is. But some day I will get there.

Thanks Mom for your support and understanding. I haven't been on a diet, but tried to just watch what I ate. It was becoming a obsession that I wasn't even enjoying it anymore.
