I gained 1/2 lb this past week. Since my weigh in on Wed though I've lost it again. I keep getting back on track if I have a few bad days. Journaling I've never stopped and don't plan on it which keeps me in check of where I might be failing myself.

Journalizing is sooo important. I know that it helped me and the minute i stopped,it all changed. I started gaining it back. The weight always comes on faster but always takes longer and harder to take it off.
OOOOPs! This is not Ryan speeking-but I'm sure he could fill you in on what he's learning in health class! He was sharing with us at supper time about what one should eat and if you dont' this is what can happened. I was amazed at what he learned and even remembered.
