I went in for my yearly check up and July 2001 at my last check up I weighed 165, today I weighed 153. When I started weight watchers I had gained 5 lbs since July so that was a good feeling and Dr Dickerson was very impressed. It brought my blood pressure down & choloestrol.

All good!

That's great! I really should get started on WW myself. I keep putting it off but reading about your results make me want to get going. Keep it up.
