Try fitting in just 15 minutes for something you really like. Then get devoted to that fabulous 15. Once you've made a permanent change in your exercise habit, guess what? You'll miss exercise if you skip it -- and you may start pining for more!

Tell me about it!!!! It's been yrs for me. Just been lucky to have jobs where i can get some excerise. This wk is hectic again with construction-houses going up faster than i can keeep up. This wk is 2,1last wk,and 4 the end of this month. And i'm always the last to get here so i have to hurry hurry hurry. I worked 14hrs yeasterday and a good 12 today. Monday was 10 hrs and Tuesday was 11hrs But i'm off on friday-taking Jeff in for Herina opperation. Time to go.
