It is a little sober here this morning since learning that there was a womans body found at the Blue Mounds State Park. Some of the college girls here went to school with her. It is hard on them so we have been doing alot of talking with them to help them through it. It is very scary for them since this is such a little town and nothing this bad ever happened in Luverne.

Sorry to hear about that and hope that they can see through this terrible tragity. You would think little towns are not subject to such crime, but it is every where you go. You can't escape it whether you are in the small town or the big city. You just hear it more here, because there is more people and more likely hood of it.

The girls are pretty quite this week which is very understandable. They have lost a good friend and very tragic way. Carrie Nelson, the gal who died, her funeral is tomorrow and they will be attending, of course. They are glad to have a three day weekend to have time to morn her. It is a hard thing to go through at such a young age. They are having a hard time understand why this happened Death is so final which is scary for everyone.
