It is so beautiful outside today! We all have been outside in just t-shirts and shorts. It's great. We took a walk and sat on the lawn chair on the front porch watching the activity going on.

Our yard is really drying up with it so warm. It must be 70 out!

All I can say is WOW!

Sheryl and I had a wonderful day.  We slept in until
9:30 am.... I started to work in the basement finishing the sanding...did the
2nd to final sanding...one more on a couple of touch up spots and we are ready
to prime....  Sheryl went outside and started in the yard, clearing out the
flower beds of the leaves we put in them to insulate them from the cold and
moving the snow blower to the outdoor shed.  She did a great job of
reorganizing it to fit in the snow blower, 2 lawn mowers,  and a lady bug
sand box.

Then about noon we went for a bike ride.  Sheryl on
her bike, Me on my bike, and Colby in the bike trailer.... We hadn't eaten
anything at all so far we so we biked over to McDonald's and ate outside on the
curb with Colby in the sun.  We ended up biking a little under 5 miles.
Colby just loves the bike rides...he sticks his head out the front of the
trailer and lets the wind blow on his face... every time we've gone out we get
so many comments about hey look at the dog in the bike trailer...  It is
funny.

When we got back we started in on the rest of the yard.
Raking up the leaves an dead grass to allow the grass to breathe.  We did
the entire yard.  Colby had a blast too...after running around the yard all
afternoon we sent him to his kennel for a nap...  Believe it or not...he
really does need naps in the summer... its all the running around and the fresh
air.

After the front yard was done we started in on the
Garage... straightening it up an reorganizing it a bit.....

The yard looks great.... We got a lot done today... I
can't wait until we have this beautiful weather all the time.  The weather
channel said we hit 77° .... I just can't stop saying how lovely it was....

I hope everyone else got to enjoy it too

WOW! You got a lot done in one day! I am impressed. It's the spring air that puts one in that kind of mood to do those kinds of things and how great you feel when you get them done!

We did enjoy the day outside! We took two 2 mile walks it was so nice. We haven't yet gotten us adults a bike but we are going to do so soon so we can enjoy the bike path just 2 miles from us.

I can see us biking a lot to the A & W for root beer floats!

Today, was a hot one this way. It hit 90 by 4 p.m. sounds like tomorrow is going to be the same. I wonder what we are in for the rest of the summer. We went from winter to summer, spring was missed some how in all this.

Well we have one more day of this high temp and then back to the normal....50's & 60's. It looks like it is predicted to be a little cloudy & cooler weekend. So we will get to experience more the spring weather.

We will see if their predictions are correct....
