Yesterday was the day. We closed on our house so now we only have one home now.
It went smoothly and the couple that bought our house seemed the perfect fit for the house. The have two kids 2 & 4 so the playset will get used. ![[Cool]](shades_smile.gif)
Their names are Heather & Eric. And Eric is a electronic nut so he loved the conduit that my Eric put in the walls.
Now we can relax, enjoy the winter and look forward to our new home.
