This year we had Sheleen & Bill and the kids over around 5 p.m. on Monday. We had a lot of food and snacks to help us see the new year in.
We played the WII, board games, visited and played up until the ball dropped in New York. It was 12:30 before we got to bed and it was at least 1 a.m. before Hayden finally stopped talking.
New Years day we were all up by 9 ate breakfast by 10 and then did another round of playing games, the WII and visiting again. It was around 3:30-4 that we decided it was time for all the fun to be done. Sheleen, Bill & family headed for home.
