8 servings 1 c.= 3 pts. 4 skinless,bonelesss chicken breasts 5 fat free tortillas 2 c. low sodium chichen broth 1 c. water 1/2 c. evap skim milk 2 chicken bouillion cubes 1 c. lowfat cream of chicken 1 c. sliced carrots 1 large onionn 1 c. sliced celery Boil chicken and veg in chicken broth and water. Remove chicken and veg - reserve broth. Add bouillion to broth and bring to a rolling boil. Tear tortillas into pieces into broth. Cook at rolling boil 5 minutes. Add evap milk, chicken, veg and pepper. Cover and simmer until thick as you like. I though the "dumplings" came out more like home-made noodles, but it is really good.
