We are closing in on our closing for our new town house. We only have today and tomorrow to wait. Tuesday 10 a.m. we will be signing the papers to close.
We are anxiously awaiting the time we can start painting. It will be a big job but it will be well worth the time so when we get in we won't have this long list of jobs to do.
It has been 15 months or more of waiting for this day to arrive.

Well I want to congradulate Eric & Sheryl on the purchase of their new home. The 2 of them have been busy this week doing the final painting of colors they want. The colors they picked out are going to be very nice.
They are working hard so they can move in. They are tired but very excited.

It is going better than we expected which is good. At times we think we are going slower than we want but we think of what we've completed and we have gotten a lot done.
We have painted the mud room, 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, dinning room, living room and almost both kids rooms. We have a little touch up painting in the kitchen and I'm sure as we go we will find spots where we missed a 2nd coat. We want to do that until we have a lot of the painting completed because that touch up is time consuming.
What we have left....both upstairs bathrooms, hallway, our bathroom & closet. We are hoping to be done by Saturday so Sunday we can move all that we can on to make it through to the next weekend, July 21st, when we plan to be in for good.
When Eric gets the chance this weekend I'll see if he can put the before and after of each room we have completed.
It is looking good and looking forward to having everyone over some day soon.
