6 servings - 5 points each 1 c. salsa 4 oz green chiles 1/4 tl cumin 1/2 c. plain yogurt 1/4 c. water 1 lb hamburer 1/2 c. onion 1 c. fat free refried beans 1 c. red fat cheddar cheese 4 c. corn flakes Mix salsa and chiles. Set aside Brown meat and onnnions. Add cumin, beans, yogurt, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 salsa and water. Place 2 c. cornflakes in 9 x13 pan. Spoon meat mixture over and rest of salsa. Add remaining cornflakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, top with cheese and bake 5 min more. (I like to use WOW chips on top instead of cornflakes. If using cornflakes on top, partially crush them.)
