Crush graham crackers and mix with margarine. Form crust in 9x9" pan and bake for 3-4 min. at 350 degrees. Mix ice cream, milk, and pudding. Pour into shell and place in freezer for approx. 10 min. to set. Spread cool whip over top and sprinkle cruched Heath Bar. Cut into 12 pieces for 3 pts. or 16 pieces for 2 points.
