1 Regular bag of cabbage 1 bunch of green onions 2 pkg of Oriental romain noodles 1 small pkg of almond slivers 1 small pkg of sunflower seeds 1/2 c butter (1 stick)
Brown crushed noodles, with noodle seasoning, almonds & sunflower seeds in 1/2 C of butter. Let cool . (crush noodles before starting to melt butter so the noodles brown evenly then through all ingredients in at the same time)
Dressing:
1/2 C white vinegar 3/4 C sugar 1 C oil of your choice 2 tsp soy sauce
Once noodle mixture is cooled mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!
You could fit it into your WW points if that is what you are going for. That is what is so cool about WW, because there isn't a diet food just set for that. You can fit all foods into this way of eating.
