The things you learned doing the Weight Watcher plan can help you plan now. The newer literature stresses avoiding white sugar, white flour and white rice. The menu you have above includes those principles. It wouldn't hurt any of us to be more aware of the foods we eat.

Yes, weight watchers did prepare me for this and makes it much easier to deal with. I do have my temptations though, but I have to keep reminding myself that there is more then just me being affected by what I eat.
