It went very well. I've lost all that I gained during pregnancy and then some. Dr. Slama was very impressed and asked what I had done to loose it. Nothing! I was just blessed. Now just to get my tummy back into shape I'll have to do my scrunches.
He said my incision looks great and healed very well.
My appointment was at 1:45, but I arrived 1/2 hour early because I had gone out to eat with a friend so I had to use the rest room and change Hayden's diaper. I was thinking that I would be able to read a little, but no. I sat down only to get back up 5 mins later. Now I have to go and purchase the June/July addition of Parent Magazine. A lot of good articles....
It is pretty sad when you are in and out of the office before your appointment was even suppose to start. That is what I like about Dr. Slama.

Great job Sheryl! I wasn't as lucky. Maybe with having to be diebetic during your pregnecy had something to do with it,where you watched what you ate.
I have old (last 2 yrs)Parent magazine if you're interested.
I like it when a person can get in right away but not out so fast where you feeling a number-which is what happened with our family Doctor. He wasn't like that in the beginning.

I mentioned the last time I was there that you were really looking good. You did a very good job at watching what you eat etc. I wish I could have a little of that will power.
