Now the work begins to find a place to live a couple of months and the packing of all our stuff.
We have an inspection on Thursday so pray that it goes good and there isn't more added expense to fix things up. It is an FHA loan for those who are buying our house. They are a little more strick then a conventional loan.
The closing date will be August 6th. So we have 2 months to pack, find a place to live and then 2 months to wait for our house to be complete. In that time we have a weeks vacation. So we will be busy.

The inspection came back very good! They had three request...why is there plastic on Maria's room, the front window was painted shut and do we have extra paint for the exterior of the house. It wasn't what we were expecting!!
It is official the house is sold!!
We have found several apartments that will rent for 3 months so we won't have a problem find one we have to just decide how much we are willing to pay. We are going to try do some of that today so that we know where, what and when.

We put down a deposite today on a 2 bedroom/2 bath. We will be doing a July 15-Oct so that we can have plenty of time to get things pack, moved and settled.
We've changed our mind we are going to put our stuff in storage instead of a POD. I think we are anyways. We are trying to weight our options.
