An Asian man walked into a foreign currency exchange in the U.S. with 2000 Yen and received $72. The next week, he again went in with 2000 Yen but only received $65. The man asked the teller why less money was received than last week. The teller replied that it was due to fluctuations.

The man walked away grumbling and turned back to the teller and said "fluc u americans too".
